All products listed on pouffe.shop are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes. While we make every effort to display colours and details accurately, slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting in photography. This does not constitute a fault or misrepresentation.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

4. Orders and payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment is processed at the time of purchase through Shopify Payments or other available payment methods. Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pouffe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order.

This does not exclude or limit any rights you have under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

9. Product use and safety

Our products are designed for recreational use on solid ground. The Pouffe Pro may be used on calm water such as swimming pools, but it is not classified as a safety flotation device. Pouffe Go is designed for land use only.

Users assume all risk associated with the use of our products. Do not exceed the stated weight capacity. Keep away from sharp objects, open flames, and extreme heat sources. Adult supervision is recommended when children are using the product.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pouffe, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our website or products, or your breach of these terms.
