Delivery
All orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. Due to high demand and the popularity of Pouffe, delivery currently takes 2 to 4 weeks to arrive at your door. We're growing fast and working hard to speed this up.
All orders ship with tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.
Shipping cost
We offer free standard shipping on all orders Australia-wide. No minimum order required.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all Australian states and territories. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Sets and bundles
If you've ordered a set (Plus One, The Crew, or The Squad), your loungers may arrive in separate packages. This is normal. If one package arrives before the other, sit tight, the rest is on its way.
Delays
While we do our best to meet the estimated delivery window, occasional delays can occur due to high demand or logistics. If your order has not arrived within 4 weeks of purchase, please contact us at info@pouffe.shop and we will sort it out for you.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at info@pouffe.shop as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
