RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

30-day returns

We want you to love your Pouffe. If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Unused and in its original condition.

In its original packaging.

Free from damage, dirt, stains, or signs of use.

Items that have been used, inflated and visibly worn, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.

How to start a return

Contact us at info@pouffe.shop with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 24 hours with return instructions.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 to 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

Damaged or faulty items

If your Pouffe arrives damaged or faulty, contact us at info@pouffe.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. You will not need to return the damaged item.

Exchanges

Want a different colour? Contact us at info@pouffe.shop within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange an exchange subject to availability. Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major fault, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. If a product has a minor fault, we will repair or replace it within a reasonable time.
