FAQ

What's the difference between Pouffe Pro and Pouffe Go?

Pouffe Pro is the premium lounger. It has a breathable mesh airflow layer, ergonomic S-curve support, a wind guard, and reinforced construction. It's built for people who want a lounger they'll bring out every weekend for years. Pouffe Go by AirFactory is the lighter, grab-and-go option. No mesh, no frills, just a fun, colourful inflatable seat that packs small and shows up everywhere. Think of Pro as the one you invest in. Go is the one you throw in your bag without thinking twice.

How do you inflate it?

No pump needed. Open the air inlet, scoop the lounger through the air with the mouth held wide, and let it fill naturally. Two or three big sweeps and it's full. Roll the opening down, clip it shut. You're sitting in under 60 seconds. It sounds odd until you do it once, then it feels obvious.

Does it actually stay inflated?

Yes. The clip-shut seal locks air in and holds through the session. On the Pro, the internal bladder holds air independently of the outer shell, so there's no slow leak through the fabric. On both models, if it softens slightly after a long session, one quick top-up scoop fixes it in seconds.

How much weight does it hold?

Both the Pouffe Pro and Pouffe Go support up to 200 kg.

What size is it when inflated?

Pouffe Pro: 190 x 80 x 55 cm. Roughly the length of a tall person lying down. Pouffe Go: 160 x 70 x 55 cm. Slightly more compact, still full-size comfortable.

How small does it pack down?

Both models fold back into their attached carry bag. Roughly the size of a rolled-up sleeping bag. Fits easily in a backpack, car boot, or the bottom of a festival bag.

Can I use it on rough ground?

Yes. Both models handle grass, sand, gravel, and dirt without issue. Just avoid placing it directly on sharp objects like broken glass, exposed nails, or jagged rocks. Treat it the way you'd treat any fabric product on the ground.

Can I use it in the pool or on water?

The Pouffe Pro floats and can be used on calm water like swimming pools. It is not a rated safety flotation device, so use common sense around water and supervise children at all times. Pouffe Go is designed for land use only.

Can I use it in winter?

Absolutely. Pouffe works year-round. Some of our best use cases are winter ones: bonfires, fire pits, balcony hangouts, backyard dinners that go longer than planned. Pair it with a blanket and you're sorted.

Is it comfortable or does it feel like a pool toy?

It's comfortable. The Pouffe Pro has an ergonomic S-curve design and mesh airflow layer that gives you actual support, not just a bag of air that bottoms out when you lean back. The Go is simpler but still holds its shape well once properly inflated. Neither feels like a cheap pool float.

Will it pop or puncture easily?

The Pro uses ripstop nylon designed for outdoor use. It's built to handle real ground in real conditions. The Go uses durable polyester. Both are tougher than they look. That said, don't sit on broken glass or let your dog use it as a chew toy. Common sense applies.

How do I clean it?

Wipe down with a damp cloth. For heavier dirt, hose it off and let it air dry. Don't machine wash. Don't iron. Don't tumble dry.

How long does delivery take?

Due to high demand, delivery currently takes 2 to 4 weeks. All orders ship with tracking. You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. If your order hasn't arrived within 4 weeks, contact us at info@pouffe.shop and we'll sort it out.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free standard shipping on all orders, Australia-wide. No minimum order required.

Do you ship outside Australia?

Not yet. We're shipping Australia-wide for now.

My set arrived in separate packages. Is that normal?

Yes. If you ordered a Plus One, The Crew, or The Squad, your loungers may arrive in separate packages. If one shows up before the other, the rest is on its way.

What's your return policy?

30-day returns on unused, undamaged products in original packaging. Contact us at info@pouffe.shop with your order number and we'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions. Return shipping is on the customer unless the item arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

What if my Pouffe arrives damaged?

Contact us at info@pouffe.shop within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. You won't need to return the damaged item.

Can I exchange for a different colour?

Yes. Contact us at info@pouffe.shop within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to availability. Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.

What's the difference between the bundle options?

Plus One is 2 loungers. The Crew is 3. The Squad is 4. All the same colour per set. The more you grab, the more you save per unit. All bundles are available for the Pouffe Pro. For Pouffe Go, just add multiple units to your cart and the discount applies automatically.

Is this an Australian company?

Yes. Pouffe is Australian owned and operated. We ship from Australia-based logistics and our customer support is local. If you need help, you're talking to a real person at info@pouffe.shop, not a chatbot in another timezone.

I've seen similar products cheaper elsewhere. Why should I buy from Pouffe?

You're buying from an Australian brand with local support, tracked shipping, a 30-day return policy, and a product we've selected specifically for quality and durability. We stand behind what we sell. If something goes wrong, you email us and we fix it. Try getting that from a marketplace listing with no return address.

Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?

If you're looking to order for events, corporate gifting, or wholesale, contact us at info@pouffe.shop and we'll work something out.
